How times flies. At this point this has truly become more of a life style change than a diet. And thats wonderful.

I also have body dismorphia. I went from a size 22 to a size 10 (yesterday). I’ve lost~ 100 pounds slowly over 2 years, buying new clothes along the way. I pulled out my size 22 pants for the first time the other day and I was so surprised. I don’t feel that much different. They look so big and I never felt that big- yet at times I did feel that big , and still like you I was surprised when I’d see pictures of myself. Now it’s the opposite- I do and don’t feel that little.
Do check out if there is a low cost women’s cliic in your town or a neighboring one. If there is one get a full physical and talk to an obgyn about this intense incident, if there isn’t do this as soon as you get insurance.
Happy belated birthday! Way to get back on track. Great video you always give us alot to think about! Thanks! WOW to 65lbs gone!
Good for you for cutting out the carbs!! It;s sooooo Hard!!!
Happy Birthday and congratulations! Glad you’re back on track where you want to be and am sure you’ll continue to be successful and insightful with your process. You are a real inspiration and I thank you for your honest along the way. Your comments are so helpful and I always learn something new.
I have told my husband the same thing about my body…I was not disgusted, or felt like I would just die if I could not have surgery to get skinny…It was just something I wanted to do to feel more comfortable, and to be healthier. So, I had surgery, and just kind of feel like, what comes will come, and it’ll be great.
Great job and I hope you had a great birthday!!
Good for you for the cutback on the junk..amazing what we don’t crave once we cut it out. I am in awe of your 65 pounds since surgery… it motivates me to get there myself. That Janie’s a smart woman, isn’t she?
lol @ you wearing the size 16 when you’re a 10. Wow, that was a freaky episode you had yesterday. I think you’d be best off discussing it with your doc. Take good care!!
Honey everything that you just talked about will help somebody out there. I am preop and am listening to every word. I am so happy for you to be down to a size 10!!! Yay for you. The pic is great.
