why have I stopped losing weight after my gastric bypass?

it has been 10 months since my gastric bypass and my weight loss has stopped and im not sure why. Will i continue to lose more weight if I eat healthier than before??

    The honeymoon phase is over. Now you are going to have to work at it. You are going to have to change those old eating habits and do a lifestyle change if you want to keep the weight you lost off and keep losing more. It’s time to get serious about bad eating habits. If not, you will probably gain your weight back over time.

    well its just a gastric by pass you wont lose all the weight you have to work to get the rest off

    body doesn’t think its hungry and your mind believes it so in total your body is saving resources the power of the mind over body. your body thinks it’s starving.

    You have come to the end of the "honeymoon period" after gastric bypass. Now losing is all up to you, again. It’s all about diet and exercise, now. Didn’t they tell you about this before surgery? If you don’t eat healthier (which you should have learned how to do!) you better get with it now or trust me, the weight will start coming back!
