Hey, Yeah I struggle with lots of things, but I am cutting back due to feeling sick the past couple days… Also, A good thing to try when you are out – Wendys Chili is Full or protein and fiber, my doc says it is good to get if you are on the run – OR Mcdonalds Snack wrap – With no lettuce…

Gl hun, I just cant wait til I dont feel lik this was a mistake… ugh

I go to Roche Brothers, it is in Boston MA, or generally all around mass, Check out other stores – Shaw’s has a lot of pre-made food… The protein Shakes you can get at Market Basket or Trader Joes if there are some in your area… I just got home from the emergency room for fluids and was told that I need to go back to liquids so I am sad about that… But hopefully in a week or so I can progress forward again

Its really interesting to see how people have different tolerances to foods! I can barely get a 1/3 cup of food down and I am 6 weeks out almost…I cant tolerate tuna but can eat beef! can you imagine…doesnt make sense….I have been stuck at 280 for two weeks also uggh but what can you do right! Keep it up!!!

were did you get the protein shakes from, also are you going to a specialty grocery store, usually cook but havent felt like doing it. my local stop and shop dosent carry barely any pre made food. i know you are in the boston are and so am i any suggestions on where to get the pre made stuff, i think i can start doing solids in 2 weeks.

I like the Pure Protein Strawberry Shake now. I like hummus but it is light in protein. I will try your Vegan spices. It looks good.

Your fridge is so RNY friendly!
