I do not know the best treatment for this circumstance, but i do know that when nodules need to be removed from the liver, radio ablation causes much fewer problems than laser, endoscopic, or conventional surgeries. There are no side effects with radio ablation other than pain following the surgery. If the decision you need to make is what type of surgery – radio ablation is probably the best choice. If the decision you need to make is whether to perform surgery or use chemotherapy, radiation, or some other approach, only your doc has the info needed to make that choice.
