   if you wana lose weight you cant drink protine cuz it has alot of calories unless if it was say ur dnner or breakfast but u need to go on a diet and not eat every thing

   This video is soooo helpful! I am having surgery Tuesday, Aug 4th 2009 and on Monday will be making a run to the store to pick up the items you spoke about.. I want to be prepared! Thanks again!

   Hey Holly…As you are no doubt aware by now, I favorited this video & have now since passed it on to someone named azazgirl who had some major concerns & questions about the procedure.

   Since YT lets us recommend only one, I chose this one because she seemed pretty determined to have the surgery, so I made sure I sent her this video Holly since it goes into what she’ll need both in preparation for AND AFTER surgery.
