What are the symptoms of a malfunctioning lever?

Will this lead to gastric problems. Which specialist is to be consulted for this.

    I assume you mean Liver.
    Possibly after the heart your most vital organ-Symptoms can be many depending on the underlying problem. Jaundice is probably the most widely known and can be very debilitating in a number of ways.
    Get to a G.P. asap and seek a specific blood test re liver function.
    Early intervention is important.
