    Hey,
Where are you now, one year later? I know you felt like you were a “slow loser” and felt bad about it. I too, am a slow loser in my opinion. I even gained for 2 weeks-which should be impossible on 600 calories. But it happened and I just had another couple of weeks of very little weight loss! Frustrating, but at least somewhat steady. Please let us know how you are now. I do think about you every now and then.Connie

Where have you been? I miss your videos. I’m wondering if your husband “came around ” with you having surgery because mine is voicing the same concerns as yours did in your first video. He’s terrified of the future.
How are you doing now? Please post another video and let us know, good or bad, because we’re all scared of failure and even wary of success.

i was a very slow loser, but it picked up around 3 months post op when I started running for exercise on top of my walks…you will be fine and the surgery is not going to stop (although to me that is a normal fear). congrats on how far you’ve come so far, and good luck for next week!

yay!!!!! I am happy for you!!! you are doing great! It won’t stop – don’t be afraid – I honestly think you are losing alot of inches and your weight may be muscle mass since you are working out – muscle really does weigh more than fat! Please don’t beat yourself up over having a few indulgences – if it is not every day and you are controlling it don’t stress out – I have had a few treats and I worry the same way ….your mind is in the right place so be proud of yourself :)
