First, its not hideous. We all have flaws. Some are just better hidden than others. Second, RUN! Running is SO good for you and you’re doing great! Just remember to do plenty of resistance training if you run. You don’t want to loose any muscle!
Anyway, Excellent video!!! I lost my weight naturally (It was only like 60lbs.) and I always wondered what the downside to surgery would be. (If there was one.) Thanks for your bravery!

Im due to have my lap band here in the next 24 days or so, and I have good skin tone, so I hope to have the same results as you as far as not having a lot of sagging skin, but I also plan on using my area wraps to help keep the skin toned up and Im excited to see just how well they work on me for this…and if they do as great as I have seen them work on normal sized people, IM EXCITED!!! Should start my video diary in the next few days…. You look awesome, great job! :)

    how much did you lose?

  19. momwithattitude says:

Healthy Diet, exercise to build the muscle mass and eventually your skin will tighten as well. Just remember how long it took to get there and it will take just as long to see a change as well. Good Luck to you Sweetie. People don’t understand that when loosing a large amount of weight like that it not only removes fat but also moves and breaks down muscle.

there is nothing at all wrong with your arms. every female arms have some jiggle to them regardless if youre abodybuilder or not, women arms arent supposed to be rock solid.

  21. thefreshkid14 says:

Its not that bad, you only have excess on your stomach. Just maintain a good diet after the procedure

I would finally like to comment – First thank you for sharing your progress you made an amazing journey. Your “excess skin” is NOT that bad I was thinking it would be worse in general, the excess skin was a worry of mine and I will admit it. I am looking into trying to get this surgery done within the next month or two. Thank you for sharing your progress it has helped so much!
