Hi…I like ALOT your way of talking about the WLS…you dont go on and on and on on non-related topics as many of YouTubers WLS people do…you always talk about the surgery, eating, and all are related and to the centre…PLEASE keep it like that…I am inspird by you ALOT….I am going to do my sleeve surgery in couple on month…my BMI is 36.2 and I feel TERRIBLE… :(

    Congratulations on your weight loss!
If I may, I’d recommend eating more nutrient dense foods instead of foods that do not offer much nutrition. Since you eat smaller quantities it is important to give your body all the nutrition you need. Your soup, for example does not contain many nutrients which your body needs to properly function. Filling foods don’t necessarily provide all the nutrition you need.
    Keep it up!

Great job – 4.5 pounds awesome! Hey, I’m going to try the soup tomorrow. I think this is something that would be really good when the weather is colder. I love the dogs, what kind? I look forward to your videos!

Cute puppies. I have never heard of those noodles but we have an asian food market in my city so I will go look for them.

  12. Kellawanda says:

I bought them at an Asian food store, though Whole Foods probably sells them. Never added protein to soup but Im always creating something weird with my protein lol…

I agree the soup looks DELISH… Do you get those noodles from a specialty store or just from a regular old grocery store? I definitely want to try that out. Have you ever added a protein source to it? (other than the tofu noodles)

& BTW – you are looking great. You have come a long way in such a short period of time. CONGRATS :o )
