Congrats on maintaining your loss. I am definitely INVOLVED in this crazy journey currently (29 weeks post op) and I do make videos and post them every Friday… I think maybe you have watched a couple of them… I remember getting comments from you in the beginning

Congrats on still being under 200 – I know it’s as hard/harder to maintain than to lose. I’ve got 12 pounds to go before I’m a normal bmi and your vids are a little boost to get off my butt and get there. Big hugs, mister.
