OMG!!!! I am currently going through the program @ Northwestern in Chicago too!! How was the surgery, doctor and such..??!?!?! I am almost done with my six months required by bcbs of il…oh I am so excited to find someone else who went to the same hospital..how cool!
I am in the beginning process of trying to get approved for the surgery. I have an enlarged spleen and I pray to God it doesn’t effect my surgery!

congrats on your surgery. i just had my surgery on the 15th of july and i am home recovering. this will be the best decision of your life.

I live in Rockford too! I’m getting lapband on July 15th. I’m on my 8th day of my liquid diet. Keep us posted.
