by being creative with the choices. Eating out is fun and I still like to do that.

Thank you :) I’ll have another one posted tonight because I’m about to leave for the store in a bit… We have tried to cut back eating out within the past few months ( not that we always succeed lol) If I am going out to eat alone with friends I can do it a lot more because I’m a cheap date lol. I have learned to eat cheaper by ordering soups…sides…things like that. Even if we do go out more than we should we try to be cost effective with it…I don’t mean by going to fast food places ,but

I’m not able to eat that much of it because of surgery ,but it is feeling…I haven’t tried the last one I bought yet though. I like the idea of cutting up up really small! Thank you girl!

Absolutely LOVE your grocery bags! :D I was curious if you eat out very often? If so, where? With my schedule, I eat out at least once a week. Thanks hun!

i’m vegitarian, and i love the kashi pizzas. i eat the one you showed all the time and it’s delish! you may be able to eat the whole thing. it’s really thin and a lot smaller out of the box.. i find if i cut it in really small pieces i get full faster, but it does fill me up and i’ve not had the surgery. you look great, btw!

I bought the shells the last time and I forgot I didn’t post a grocery video then. I use either the 365 brand corn tortilla or the Food For Life corn tortillas. I like these best for a tostada ,but you could also use any flour or corn tortilla that you like. They have some low carb flour ones too.

  7. Teacherdude24 says:

When you make tostadas, what do you use for the shell? I posted a video response to this video, but for some reason it’s not showing. It shows up on my page though.

I like it…For the “sauce” it was like refried beans in a way…I did add some of my own cheese just to bump up the flavor…It was worth the price.

  9. allisonpacino says:

Thank you for the info….I couldn’t remember which were the most important to be organic

  10. allisonpacino says:

    hahaha…Hint received lol

  11. allisonpacino says:

True…I didn’t think about sweetening it with the agave…Thanks!

  12. allisonpacino says:

I am lol…Newmans Owns have some great products…I didn’t even know they had a summer camp..Neat!

I want to get some of the Amy’s brand frozen meals. They are a bit pricey ,but I wouldn’t have to buy many. They are quick ,but still good quality.

    Love your grocery bag videos.

Should be organic: nectarines, celery, pears, peaches, apples, cherries, strawberries, grapes, spinach, potatoes, bell peppers, red raspberries.

  15. mwcookie says:

  16. mwcookie says:

You could use the pizza sauce for the baked beans and sweeten it with your agave syrup.Remember to but your seasoning in even a touch of garlic or garlic powder.

publix huh. You must be from the south! ( im from marco island Florida ) Your shopping list sounds Very well though out . Newmans Own products are my Favorite. I worked for his Summer Camp Association for 5 years. All the proceeds of his products go to his camps! You know, What I have been eating is Lean Cuisines. I know you are staying almost vegetarian, But for me, I find if I need a quick healthy meal, I will have a turkey or fish meal, and just not eat the carb part. Your Doing great!

Hi Allison … is that 2 or 3 grocery stores in one day… can you imagine doing that a year ago? NO! I am 20 weeks post op now and I am about your weight and I finally am feeling up to taking on my chores again those extra pounds… just 20 weeks ago made it almost unbearable. I still have a long way to go but I am getting there and so are you!
