My name is Loren. I live in Miami and I have two beautiful sons. I’m a stay-at-home mom. My health is important to me, and I’ve always watched my weight, and most of the time, I was in control. When I became pregnant for the first time, I naturally ate more. With my second pregnancy though, things got out of hand: I couldn’t distinguish between the weight gain from the pregnancy and the weight gain from overeating. I was eating everything in sight, and my bad habits finally caught up with me. I was overweight, and embarrassed by my appearance. After my son was born, I found that I had lost only 11 pounds. I was shocked, and I was embarrassed that I still weighed so much. I hoped no one would notice that I was still wearing my maternity clothes. I felt bad and unattractive. My husband was nice and didn’t say anything negative, but I knew it disturbed him as well. He said I was still attractive, but I didn’t feel like I was. I immediately bought diet pills, but I didn’t like the side effects. I tried another kind, but they didn’t seem to have any effect at all. On my third and last try, I had to wait 2 months for results and honestly, I don’t have the time or the patience. Think very selfsame hard before getting bypass surgery. Apart from being selfsame expensive, for as long as you have it you are constantly feeling ill every time you eat if it works out the same as all the people I know of that have had it done.

Sounds crazy but look up the diet for gall bladder problems, …and yes you can have meat, dont have to go Vegan. Aim for 30 grams of fat or less a day and no more than 6ounces of meat in a day. I am on this diet and dropped 20+ pounds in 2 months
