Summer Salad – Cooking after Gastric Bypass


Summer Salad 2 tubs sf cool whip 1 box french vanilla pudding 1 can nsa pineapple 1 can splenda sweetened mandarian oranges 1- 1 1/2 cup red seedless grapes 1 cup chopped walnuts Fold pudding into cool whip. Drain cans of fruit. Add fruit andnuts to cool whip mixture. Chill before serving.

    I just made this and oh my goodness…it is SOOOO good!
    I couldn’t even tell the whip topping was sugar free …it was THAT good!
    But I couldn’t find the mandarin oranges in splenda…so I got the walmart brand. Also I added a few cherries I had in the fridge…SUCCESS!

    my step father’s mother makes this type of salad, & adds in green & red cherries, with mini-marshmellows..of course it’s not good for anyone who’s had rny..but would love to do it w/ real cherries & slivered almonds too .. Kepe them coming Rebecca & AJ!!
