Yeah…I am thinking you should definitely have your next baby before surgery also…as a matter of ensuring you get enough nutrition for the growing baby and also so you can tackle the pregnancy weight of both pregnancies together if you happen to gain too much the 2nd time around as well…

    after, makes more sense.
eat what you need, have the baby.
    surgery time :D

you should do it after, why lose alot of weight then gain it again..

talk to your doctor about the possibility of taking vitamins as a healthy substitute while you’re pregnant… if he/she approves this would be an amazing way for you to get the best of both worlds

I personally would have the surgery and then another baby… i’d think being a healthy weight would result in an easier pregnancy.. but again, i’d check with the doctor first about the vitamins

    best of luck to you!!

If it was me, I think I would wait. Right now I’m 38 weeks pregnant, and I’ve gained 45+ pounds. I went from 125 to almost 170.
I would like to get a boob job, but I am gonna wait till I’m done having kids.
Our bodies change SO much during pregnancy! I don’t wanna risk spending all that money, and taking all that time, just for it to be undone.

Gastric Bypass has serious effects on nutrient absorption that can have profound effects on vitamins your body needs for itself, not to mention a baby. Continue losing your weight in a healthy manner and have your second child. You may loose the weight you want before needing gastric bypass.

after so your baby can get all the nutrients. but ask your doctor what he or she thinks
