Not really – for the most part I only use it for protein shakes and chopping vegetables and herbs. Let me know if you come across any :)

  2. BeTheBestMe says:

I will be trying more shakes next week – I grew so sick of them that I took a break :) The smoothie sounds really tasty – I will have to try it!

    Great Product!!

  9. Bree1059 says:

Have you tried a fruit smoothie yet ? Take chunks of mangos and strawberries and blend it with ice or protein it’s so yummy and is good for ya…I think Im going to get one of these

I use a protein powder that is specially prepared and distributed by my surgeon. I now can’t drink coffee shakes anymore. I’m now on shakes w/ frozen berries pureed in. As far as protein, I don’t think I get all my protein in and I’m sure I don’t keep it all down. I hear it can be rough in the beginning but gets better down the road :) I have been very lucky with the Pure Protein protein bars. I chew them well and they stay down. Good luck :)

What kind of protein mix do you use? I too have a terrible problem with sweet shakes. I gag on almost EVERY protein powder I have tried. Also, I hate the smell and taste of coffee :( Any suggestions? Also, how do you get in all of your protein a day?

  12. BeTheBestMe says:

I hope it lasts as long as the magic bullet :)

  13. Journey2betrhealth says:

great product. wish I had seen it before the magic bullet…which I love too but hey, $25! That’s a deal!

That’s just fine I try to give a good suggestion and you “thumbs down” me, fine! lol
I was curious as to the protein levels since you use 2 scoops? Is it 26 grams or with the 2scoops is it 52 grams?

  16. BeTheBestMe says:

I guess that price Rolled-Up! :) I would have gotten it had there not been this alternative.

  17. BeTheBestMe says:

    People sure love it!

  18. BeTheBestMe says:

    Yay! I am a satisfied customer :)

  19. BeTheBestMe says:

Sorry!!! I grabbed my mouse which was over the thumb, it accidentally clicked and now a thumbs down is showing and I can’t undo it. It really is a GOOD note :) I do use water and the shake mix is a special blend sold exclusively through my surgeons office for his patients. I LOVE the Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste. It has been a lifesaver!

  20. imaswtgrl says:

I have the Magic Bullet, I love it, BUT your Sunbeam one has the ounces marked on the cups, the bullet does not. Great find! Do you make all your shakes with water? What are the Nutritional facts about your powder?
Trick for sensative teeth, Use SENSODYNE tooth paste, it works wonders.

  21. clbroadway says:

I have the same one. I love it.

  22. britbrad38 says:

yeah, have the magic bullet and it’s really good, take care

  23. waskiewiczrn says:

I have a Magic Bullet, but if I didn’t then I’d definitely invest in this gadget. I think my bullet was $59 at Walmart.

  24. MissJanieHere says:

I will keep in mind, but right now I just have too many gadgets and no place to put them in! Thanks for sharing this!

  25. BeTheBestMe says:

If I had not bought the Oster drink mixer (already) I would have gone for the Magic Bullet myself. I have the blender, food processor and shake mixer already so I did not have much justification to splurge :)
