Awsome transformation! You have done a phenomenal job in using your wls tool to transform your life. What is greatest of all to see as you go through your transformation is the the life and light that literally emanates from you as you move towards and reach your goal. Great video!

nice vid i recently had the same procedure done on aug. 17 and today was the day i got to go get my bulbs out and see my results so far. i was amazed at the results for 1 week i weighed in at 315 the day of the surgery and as of today i am at 296. i lost 19 pounds in 1 week and i am hoping that i continue like this. i had had no problems or pains and all has been good for me. b4 the operation i would see your vids and they are the reasons y i decided on this surgery. thanks for the great vids.

Tom, you were one of the first people I subscribed to on youtube when researching WLS, and I just can’t believe how far you’ve come in a year! Between you and MissJanie, I’m so inspired to be a runner again (I was way back when). I got my WLS on July 21, 2009 – just 10 days ago, and just started posting videos, if you’re interested. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I did a half marathon in Alaska last year with Team in Training and am now a mentor for the program and will be out at the Baltimore half cheering on my mentees. I am having my RNY on Aug 14 and can’t wait until my surgeon gives me the okay to start training again so that I can get back into marathons. They are addictive, even if you only walk them like I did!

  24. postop11 says:

Congrats, Tom. Hope to see you at another luncheon soon.
