Personal Tortilla Pizza 1 low carb tortilla 1 tbsp pizza sauce 1/4 c part skim moz cheese 17 slices turkery pepperoni (personal choice) about an 1/8 of diced green pepper (personal choice) sprinkle of diced onion sprinkle of dried basil leaves Preheat broiler. Spray a cookie sheet and both sides of the tortilla with non stick spray. Place under broiler, about 1 min per side. Spread the pizza sauce over the top, arrange cheese and toppings of choice.
