The vast majority of math folks (including me) have no idea what the medical terms you use mean. I’m familiar with chemistry, physics, engineering and math but I have no idea what you mean by D5W, gtts, meq, drip factor. Its a shorthand specifically created and used only by the health industry. So I think you have 3 options: (1) do nothing and hope someone familiar with them stumbles on your question, (2) edit your question with generic terms or translations, or (3) re-ask your question in the Medical area of Answers.
