It took me only 2 short years to change my life around 100%. I had no gastric bypass or any surgery done on me, Took no diet pills, I did this all on my own. OMG you are beautiful! I think that tall is great and you work it so well. I think you looked the sexiest and most put together at about 160 which is a healthy BMI (body mass index) for you. I think 20 lbs of muscle would make you look more like a strong woman and less like a skinny teen!..

I went to the gym and kept my cardio up while I was loosing and have only a tiny bit of loose skin on my inner leg area. But its only about a “Pinch and Inch” amount and doesn’t bother me much at all
Maybe you should only gain back muscle, for shaping, yes, too thin for a very, very tall lady like yourself, but congrats. Any loose skin issues?
You looked your best at 160…maybe adding some muscle would make your body look stronger. Great job!! The transformation was amazing!!!

Wow what a great achievement. I am also 6’0 and starting at 292 lbs, I would have to agree with everyone else though. I have consulted many doctors and 155 is very small for someone my height. Sitting at 160 for you is perfect, 140 is a tad thin for tall girls like us.

I could tell you are tall just by the first picture and your weight then. You didn’t look anywhere near 300, let alone over. I am also tall ( 6′ ) and have been told by doctors that I should weigh somewhere between 160-175. I’m shooting for the 175, as I feel 160 would be too thin. Congratulations on your success and you’re a lovely girl, but you may consider going back up to at least 160. I tell the doctors my skeleton weighs more than 160…and I bet yours does too. Either way congratulations!
