Sorry for not explaining the weight in kilo’s too. I started out at 170kg and am currently 96kg as of today. I have lost 74 kg which is about 163lb. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

I keep going back and looking at your great video. I am 39 years old and weigh 16 stones 10 pounds. I am getting gastric bypass surgery on 19th of Feb 2008. Will u answer some questions i have please. What did u feel like straight afte?r surgery? Were u in loads of pain? Do u have any regrets about having the surgery?
