Hi Amelia. It’s been one month since my surgery. I had problems with vomiting and an ex-ray discovered a narrowing and possible small ulcer. The medication given is working very well. Thank you for your response you sent me when I questioned you about vomiting. I would now like you to do a video about journaling to help me out. Also, please state the amount of protein, carbs, etc. we should be getting per day. I’d really appreciate it. Thank you again and keep up the good work.

I gained weight after eating ham, and peeps…oh no Easter candy. I looked down at my stomach and thought it looked so bloated. I have gone back down. I know what I did wrong. It is a candy addiction.
Please know that I enjoy sugar. I also enjoy my smaller size clothes. I wish I could stick to three Hersey Kisses or something similar. I mean, small bites!

I’ve been watching a lot of your videos this morning, first time seeing them and I’m just overwhelmed, I am inspired and thinking maybe I really ought to get serious about taking control of my body. I’m going to be 40 this year and have been inching close to 300 and taking meds for anxiety, I have an appt to see a counselor today because I feel like I’m drowning and I just don’t know how to get out. Anyway thanks for posting your vids, they help alot!

I’m absoutely a mental case right now. My surgery is tomorrow afternoon and I’m having major cold feet. I had no idea i’d feel this way. I’m so scared about nutritional deficiencies and what it could lead to. Am I going to feel sick to my stomach all the time? Am I never going to enjoy food? Am I going to get a hernia and need more surgery? I’m so terrified. I’ve been crying so much. I don’t want to make the wrong choice.

hi amelia , i had to pay for mine, (boobs ) but it is worth it , we tried to get it covered but even with having a double mastectomy for breast cancer they would not cover it, but i hope you can get it covered , how was the ben folds show ? did you get to meet him and get autograph ? have a great rainbow day

Its really good to reformat your computer like at least once a year. I do mine every 6 mo, just back everything up on my removable hard drive. I dont get virus’ though….I use Norton 360 and used to use Norton Internet Security only, and never ever had one at all. Good idea to invest maybe?
Oh and did your insurance cover your tuck and arms? Which insurance do you have?
