It took me from March when I started until June when I had surgery. It all depends on your Dr and program requirements and of course, your insurance carrier.
it sounds like your sister is the best one to ask aboutt his…
I’m not sure how your sisters expierence was, but I know 2 people who had this done… one suffered from severe medical problems and the other had a ton of loose skin after the surgery. You will NOT be getting the proper nutrition from this and you CAN gain the weight back (i’ve witnessed this)…. if you have to wait a year for the surgery… why keep up habits that got you where you are until surgery? It makes more sense to same your money and start losing weight and making healthy life style choices asap…. you could have lost most if not all your weight by time you would have your surgery.
Eat right, exercise and drink plenty of water (so that your skin will have a better chance to go back to normal).
Well, there is a process but a year seems a little extreme. My girlfriend had to wait a few months and that was with her insurance paying for it.
