Well this surgery was done to stabilize your absorption which would essentially support the stomach pouch for food intake. This pouch was created for intake to go through duodenum in order for you to reduce calorie/nutrients. Because a portion of your stomach was removed, the partial removal also included pancreas which are your insulin-producing cells, in yours and many other cases they absorb fluids, this is normal. Also because of this partial removal, you would produced hypoglycemia which basically has to do with insulin, meaning you have low blood sugar and lack of glucose, which explains your stomach pain. I suggest Aspirin or Quinine to release pain.
As far as you back back problems, it all ties back to lack of nutrients and hormone activity that sort of ‘drys up’ the bones, you need vitamins for that. But all these side effects are common in such post surgical body loss procedure. It takes months to recover, you have to be more active, lots of fruits, strong diet.
    Good Luck

Hopefully, your gastric bypass did NOT include even a partial pancreatectomy.

The fluid may be pancreatic pseudo-cyst, not an unusual sequelae of surgery in that area.It may be causing the discomfort and may need to be drained.

Ovarian cysts are extremely common and usually benign.
