U have 2 follow a systematic approach.
Pantoprazole/omez should be taken in the morning in absolutely empty stomache .Take something after minimum 60 minutes .
Then try to take very light snack/food/fruits/biscuits after every 2-2&1/2 hours. Don’t remain in empty stomache for aperiod more than the above time period.
Then 10 minutes before 2 Principal meals take 2 tsp sorbiline with water everyday for minimum 2 months.
Take rantac/aciloc after 1/2 – 1 hour of 2 principal meals.
At night take 1/2 tsp of mucibel powder/other isobgul compound/purgative with water/milk before sleep for minimum 1 month.
then report after 1 month here.
Maybe you’re not taking the medication as it should be.
Proton pump inhibitors should be optimally be taken in the morning 30-60 minutes before eating.
or try Antacids to go with that…Antacids may be used concomitantly with all PPIs.
