Hi Allison! Excellent choices.. I get very inspired by your style of shopping/eating. You cover the bases to eat good nutrition, not just protein straight-up all the time. How much of a peach would you typically eat, just curious? I am still fiddling with how much I “should” eat of something.

I bought these green bags that you can put your veggies in and they help them stay fresher longer. i think they are good if you want things to last. I really enjoy your videos Alison. thanks for sharing

I think it must be more expensive where you live..but I feel like good quality food is a great investment.

I would like to spend $100 a week. I try but never have been able to keep it there. I think I am about $200 a week. I wonder if food is more expensive here. Makes me darn mad to spend so much on groceries.
