what can i expect to eat after my first post op visit? i had the gastric bypass and its been 10 days since my surgery and my first post op visit is monday so what will i be able to eat?

You should be getting this information from your surgeon’s office. His/her nutritionist probably gave you an outline of the different steps of re-introducing food after GBS. Look over all your paperwork.
I am guessing you are on liquids only now. You will probably be able to "eat" soft/pureed foods after 2 weeks. Cream soup. Cottage cheese. Yogurt (greek yogurt is more cheese tasting). I liked to run progresso canned noodle soup in a blender. I also ran canned green beans in a blender. 2-3 tablespoons total volume, eaten maybe 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
Keep with your SF popcicles and SF jello for variety.
