What we’ve gone through Linda,it’s amazing the transformation we’ve gone through isn’t it?? Unfortunately excessive weight was not the only thing we carried on our shoulders during that period but hey we’ve managed to come out and are here to talk about it!!! Yay for all of us ..hugs

Excellent video…hey, I had to weigh myself on the industrial scale at work. It is a two faced scale…plus it is on the dock where there are three entry ways. I had to do it when a truck was not coming in and my co workers out waiting to unload the truck. So many times someone would be coming in and I would pretend I was just walking out there. Keys out of my pocket, jacket off and on a shelf there…pretending that I did not care!

    You look terrific.

I know lots of folks that would disagree with you ::gg::,, but I do try :)

And it is far easier if you don’t blame yourself, that much I can promise you so you’re very welcome! I really hope that will help you to get where you want to be…but you DO already look WONDERFUL!!

Oh, Darlin’ – please don’t get discouraged! You’ve done AMAZING things in a year and your body needs some time to get used to the “new” ways :) I know it’s frustrating, but please try to be easy on yourself….it will be far easier that way (after over 40 years of dieting, this is something I am just learning!)

It will start dropping again if that is what you want, just take it easy and try not to place any blame on yourself, promise? :) )))

Thanks!!Congrats to you too.I know about the change, isn’t it great tho?? I really started to slow down 9 months post op and well that’s where I said goodbye to the honeymoon stage and gained a few, lost them, gained them again and lost another 3 lbs after months of nothing happening on the scale recently. But courage my friend because WE CAN and WILL win this battle!!For me I think it’s time to really step up to the game now and work my hinny off big time if I ever want to lose the last 50lbs!

Hello. Congrats to you. I had my surgery a year ago Feb 27, 2008. I feel and look like a different person. I have noticed that I have started to really slow down on my weight loss, so I am going to have to change up what I am doing. I was 365 lbs the morning of surgery and I am somewhere around 200lbs now. What a struggle we face. Best of luck to you.Keep working it!!!!!
