Ok no first I’m not being mean or anything but you do not know this girl. She’s really nice and she’s really smart. She doesn’t listen to people. I asked her once what she thought of herself and she said she goes against what everyone says which is fat. Ok? If you ask her she will not know the risks. If youd on’t know her then I would not be talking.

No.. I’m not sure she does.. I known her for 2 years but then I moved to another school.. I thinks he doesn’t care about her weight which is fabulous of her.. :] I wish I had that much brains to do that ;] But.. yeah I’m jsut worried about her.. :/ No it’s not my business.. it’s amazing to see that the one who had the implant has that sagging skin but the one who did diet/exercise lost more and has a six pack..that gives a lot of hope

I am 5’9″ and I thought that I weighed about 300. I went to the doctor two days ago and weighed in at 355. I was so shocked and ashamed of myself. Today I walked for 20 minutes and my street has a lot of hills. I was breathing– more like wheezing– very raggedly and felt like I had been hit by a truck. But I’m going to start there and keep going farther every week. I also threw out some junk food. I pray that this time I can lose the weight. Please wish me luck.
