		<description>I have been taking over the counter melatonin(Walmart Brand). Day 1 I woke up with a headache...could have just been that I was drinking to much caffein that day.
Day2 I woke up completely rested. Day3 I went to bed at 3am woke up at 810a wide awake and completely rested.
I&#039;m now at day4 this stuff is great!</description>
