There’s nothing wrong with ordering bake potato with chilli because you are eating in moderation. Moderation of what you like to eat and eating more fruits and vegetables and working out is the key.
In addition, negative folks will have something to say if you are doing good or poorly in your life…It’s nothing new. Shun them and you will get far. Don’t even pay them any attention.
Otherwise, you are doing good physically and keep this up.

this surgery will change your entire world.. gotta be sure you want to do it..
I have been contemplating this surgery myself for awhile now. After watching Cree’s HONESTY in her videos then I question myself about whether I am strong enough to handle it. This surgery is by no means an easy way out as some thing. Its a life altering experience..and a mind changing one.
So before anyone throws stones at anothers house….its best to board your own windows up…cause stones will be thrown back.

You will come across your obstace in your journey soon enough and then I believe you will be back here with an apology. Until then, go in peace and continue your journey of self help. Know what I find disturbing about this video? You both sitting there degrading each other about weight. That weight doesnt define either one of you! But your first attacks are on each others size.
