I hope you’re feeling better soon. As you talk about your feelings about your weight and your fears, those thoughts reflect mine SO many times! I’ve wondered also if they tested you for your cortisol levels, and also if your thyroid might be contributing to why you are feeling so cold. I was on a liquid diet years ago. Afterward my thyroid tested low (hair loss too!). I had to take pills until things got regulated again. Maybe that’s why you’re cold? Hang in there, gorgeous! Lookin’ good!

the only problem with losing too much weight is. you have to start shaping your body. exercise. if you lose too much and don’t you might end up with skin hanging everywhere. who needs another surgery. that normally happens when you lose like 400 plus pounds or more. well when i worked out it wasn’t for looks. i’m good in strength but i still got a big old gut on me. i’m happy though. lawerance is built like a rock. but he can’t even bench my warm up weight. peace. gregg

I totally understand your feeling and emotions at this point in your wls. I went through this and had to fight get out of it. I DUE UNDERSTAND! Take care of you!

  4. creeingles says:

scared of what? losing weight? lots n lots n lots of reasons.

  5. twister7boy says:

how can you be scared of that. im the big guy at work. and when all those skinny whips need something heave moved who do you think they call. it takes four of them to move heavy equipment that i can do myself. i’m happy with my size for the most part. i think your doing better then you think. remember you just got to keep your head up. peace. gregg

  6. creeingles says:

good to know.. cuz i feel like i should have lost more by now.. part of me keeps saying.. see fatass.. you had the surgery and your STILL a fatss!!

  7. creeingles says:

even with losing, i still cant imagine being whatever weight those charts tell me i should be

  8. DreamMyLife7 says:

For me, I have made reaching a “normal weight” like finding the holy grail. I have made it into this huge deal and have totally and completely psyched myself out. We need to quit fearing the unknown of being a thin person in society. At first it will be exciting/thrilling/scary and then soon after it will feel completely normal and boring. We’ll get used to it and adapt just like with anything and we’ll wonder WHY THE F we ever feared it in the first place and may even slap ourselves silly.

  9. DreamMyLife7 says:

You’re supposed to lose 100lbs in 6 months to be on target for the average person. So, it has been three months for you, correct? And you’ve lost 50lbs since your surgery date. You’re right around where you’re supposed to be. I am a very emotional person and that will be my downfall after surgery. I’m stopping it right now. Don’t Think. Just Do. I am so pissed I’ve had so much time to think before surgery. Don’t think too far into the future and fear it… just do what you’re supposed to do.

  13. creeingles says:

men drop way faster then women.. and it also depends on how much you have to lose.. not really sure where i should be weight loss wise.. if i’m on track or not..

  14. Sagex31 says:
