my step father had surgery many years now and he’s as big as he was when he got it. He kept drinking and eating. I think it will stretch your stomach. As for water you could add lemons to it, it may help.

  2. creeingles says:

hey.. thanks for answering that and listening enough to know the answer :)

  3. creeingles says:

they did ask me to lose some.. but not as much as i thought they would.. only about 10 pounds

  4. creeingles says:

i found a crystal light that i really like..

  5. creeingles says:

    duly noted

  6. Ungeniusman says:

On her earlier videos, she says she had to lose 10 pounds, which was… About 3% of her weight at the time.

  7. dizzy2u says:

I am from Denmark and I am going to have the surgery too, but I am qurious as to know.. did you have to lose weight befor the surgery?
Here we have to lose 8% of our weight befor surgery..

  8. HowBadDoiWantThis says:

Why not some flavored waters?? Aquafina brand is sooooooo yummmy! You can even get carbonated ones. So good!

  9. binsk says:

    Seconded.

  10. creeingles says:

    thanks for the advice

  11. doormaker2 says:

I truly think you should consider not eating all that industrial food. How about COOKING SOME REAL FOOD?

  12. creeingles says:

many others have told me how much they appreciate that i’m real about this.. and not pretending that i’ve never over ate or did wrong things since the surgery, like they find people doing on other sites they visit.

  13. creeingles says:

i’m really struggling today.. i have thought of the mp3 player or ipod.. i’m going to try that next.. thanks for the advice :)

  14. creeingles says:

which is what i’m being forced to do because Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene, Oregon won’t allow me to seek help with them.. money is always more important than humans.. they have taught me that

  15. creeingles says:

i’m human.. just as all the others that have had this surgery.. i’ve screwed up and will most likely continue too, until i can get a handle on this on my own..

  16. creeingles says:

i realize i am making some big mistakes.. which is one reason i’m on here talking about it.. since my local hospital wont allow me to join their support group since i didnt have surgery in their hospital.. i am in therapy already, but a more intensive food therapy such as the support group i’m not allowed in would be very helpful

  17. HalfMoonTides says:

Glad to see you are feeling better and full of hope. I’m nearly 8 weeks post-op. I am really enjoying mint green tea. It tastes good hot or cold. This is green tea with mint not herbal mint tea. Also two things that work for me when stress hits are music and walking – grab a MP3 player and combine the two! Lifestyle changes are hard…hang in there!

  18. twintreks123 says:

I am sorry, but you are making some big mistakes. You need to eat the protien first. You need to not drink before during and after you eat. Are you walking? This thing is a tool not the answer! You must chew your food. PLEASE you are going to hurt yourself, you might want to hook up with therapy,it will help, you can not do this on your own.
    good luck

  19. creeingles says:

  21. creeingles says:

  22. creeingles says:

i do like crystal light.. i just crave another flavor.. i dont like the peach tea.. i’m a tropical punch kinda girl

  23. thethinnerme says:

cree, you should give crystal light another chance. i have not had my surgury yet,i am still doing my 6 mnths diet and exercise. i have changed my drink of choice from carbonated pepsi to peach ice tea. i do not miss pop or soda at all. crystal light peach tea rocks. lemonade is very hard even on a regular stomach.

  24. davidproper says:

    Happy New Year
