Just in case you ever go to thailand, they said it like Pod Thai (like a pod..) and also as another option for you, if you go to the asian market, you can find fried tofu. Mom (100% thai) makes it with chicken and fried tofu....guess you could fry it yourself too and have a little more added protein in there 

Tempted to make some soon! Might have to wait a litle longer, just got back from Thailand, still rice and noodled out</description>
