can anyone tell me if lap band is possible after having a failed gastric bypass?

in 2000I had a gastric bypass I lost over 100lbs it was a complete success but in the beginning of 2003 I had a peice of scare tissue wrap around my small intestine it caused a necrotic bowel which nearly killed me the doctor decided to reverse my bypass because I had to have so much intestine removed he feared I would’nt get enough nutrition. well 5yrs later the weight is back even though I was told because of the lack of small intestine I could not gain weight. whats really bad is now I can’t tell when I’m full until I phycically hurt. is lap band possible for me I need somthing to help me know when I am full

No don’t do it.. First of all you shouldn’t just eat tell you are full , you need in your situation is make a certain amount of food and that’s it. But seance you have been in the place where you couldn’t eat very much just do what you did when u had the bypass.I’m a big girl and i don’t just eat till I’m full , and after the first burger and your still hungry you need to say to your self i think I’m done. Just don’t eat so much , because you are doing it to your self. That is what I think by what you have said here.
