Easier method: become vegetarian and get some exercise!
Accurate observation. I am experiencing the same thing now, I eat and eat and want to take home what’s leftover. I’m getting the lap band surgery done in June.Congrats on your succes.
@rbsbdb Yes, you have to give up with soda…. they recommend not to drink any carbonated drink at all….

@rbsbdb I didnt have lapband I had the gastric sleeve…it is not recommended for me to drink soda because it may stretch my stomach back out. Lapband may be different…check with skymoon1982.
I have a problem with drinking coke. Have not had surgery but thinking about it. Does the lapband stop you from being able to drink coke?
