Hi For Real
Main thing to do is get more nutrion. Eat organic fruits and vegetables only for the next 5-10 days (a lot of them, juice them if possible). Drink a lot of distilled water (gallon a day) and I guarantee you’ll feel like a new person quickly. Also do a colon and liver cleanse to clean out the toxins that are sitting in your system, this will circulate new blood and start the healing process. Do some exercise to stop the stress. Learn about detoxifying and juice fasting for some quiet time.

Have you been tested for diabetes? You would be surprised how many symptoms you named can be associated with diabetes. Get a complete physical- hormone level blood test, thyroid, etc, because of the hot flashes. You dont mention if your female or male, females can have these symptoms pre-or post menopausal. Men can have these symptoms if he has a hormone imbalance also. Do yourself a big favor and see a different doctor than the other three that you already saw. Fresh eyes for a complexing problem may be what you need to get to the bottom of your illness. Good luck to you.
Yes, it is possible to have all the symptoms of a heart attack without having one. Follow your doctor’s advice. I’m guessing you’ve been told to lose weight, eat healthier, exercise regularly, eat smaller meals more often, and that you take anti-anxiety & heartburn meds.
I know it’s frustrating, but try to follow their medical expertise. Your only other option is to keep going to different doctors until you find one that tells you something different.
You might also try doing yoga. The deep breathing exercises are good for every ailment, and the stretching can’t hurt you. And make sure you drink plenty of water.
Good luck.
