   Hi, it is possible to gain it back, if you try to eat more food and or more of the sugary foods it can stretch your stomach out and could cause you to gain all of your weight back if not more! Hope I helped!

   The average person keeps the weight off for 5 years. Some people don’t loose the weight at all because they don’t change their eating habits. They keep eating foods that are high in calories. Then there are the possible medical problems. Surgery is a last resort.

   No, I have a friend who had this sugery this past November. She has lost 100lbs. She starves herself for a night at the bars or a backyard cookout. Seriously, she can not eat if she will be drinking. She can not eat if she will be going out for dinner with friends. Your stomach is the size of a WALNUT after the surgery!! There is no way you could ever eat enough to gain back the weight with a stomach that size. Its impossible.

   There are serious side affects associated with the surgery tho, and should only be used as a last alternative. Recovery isnt always easy either. You also have to take Liquid vitamins every day for the rest of your life because you cant eat enough healthy food to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs to keep working properly.
