It costs somewhere around $8 (USD). It just wraps around your waist & as you move you literally sweat the fat cells away. I lost over 20 & 4 inches this way after I quit smoking. It's cheap, affective & no drugs are involved. I don't recommend sleeping in it, but you can wear it under your clothing wherever you go & whatever you're doing. Now that your body has become accustomed to less intake, it will be just as difficult for you to lose the 30 pounds as it would anyone who didn't have the surgery. It will just take time and a lot of work. If you can try to work out more, since it doesn't make much sense to eat less. Hope it works.
