C25K is AMAZING! Very emotional, motivating, uplifting journey. Best fitness thing ever done! I actually CRAVE running and I used to HATE it. Yoga is awesome. Strength training is great. Lunges and squats are good for helping your strenght and endurance for running. and my favorite non-fat exercise is kickboxing. You can record all these on Fitv if you have Directv.
Boobs: Mine went from a large C to a small B and they are really ONLY skin bags. I don’t even need sports bras now!

your going to be 30? wow…your so young…your just a baby….Happy Birthday..i had to turn off your audition for the biggest loser. I was shocked you went naked for a tv show and posted it online here on youtube. it saddens me to see beautiful women..or women in general showing off their body for cash or pleasure. Being modest honors God and your Husband or Husband to be.

I have watched all your videos, and I want to thank you for them! And I agree with others: If I was in charge of the biggest loser, you would have totally been on! But instead you are here to help those others of us who are going a different route. Keep up the good work! And I will be looking forward to more videos!! Oh, and Happy Birthday!

I love Couch to 5K! You are going to love the way it makes you feel. I completely relate to the issue of running and being well endowed. I wear 2 sports bras while running. And I know exactly what you mean about the “girls” changing shape and bras just fit differently now. Good luck on all of your new work out goals! You look amazing…keep up the good work!

Great video. You make me feel less guilty for my behavior during the holidays. You are awesome!

Congrats on your exercise “graduation”! I know you will kick the couch to 5k’s butt. LOL Which Wii do you have or reccommend? I think the Wii will be a good way for me to get some exercise in, since weather prohibits walking my beloved trail.

hay good job on getting back on track with your weight loss. i did watch your biggest loser tape and was wondering, can you wear those cute strappy heals yet??? I also love heals but they killed my feet and knees! I have lost 100 pounds but i havent tried those heals yet!

  9. urjunk78 says:

My “girls” were never big, but I know exactly what you’re talking about as far as them not staying where they should. I just bought 2 new bras today and now that I have some that fit, they look a LOT better. Also, you will feel so great about the running, I was just running with the kids I work with and I was amazed by my ability to move, lol! I love doing high intensity cardio stuff now. It makes me sweat and burns off some of the extra energy that I don’t know how to deal with now.

  18. crosspecans says:

have a great bday trip. enjoy yourself.
