Sorry I missed last week you guys!! Last week I lost 1.3 pounds, adding that onto this weeks loss of 2.4 pounds gives me a grand total of 89.4 pounds GONE FOREVER 
I am only 11 pounds and some change away from ONEDERLAND!!!!!!

yeah salon. what fun. lots to do and not think about food. being the boss you can have a great fridge in the back for employees lunches..maybe a huge bowl of fruit to share. what an opportunity. huggs ~~~

I also went to beautyschool (graduated)way back,got married had 2 boys and thats when I told u I did 18 years of daycare.Now I am a soap maker.Good luck on the new affair.You WIL miss those kids,but that will pass.I know I was there!

I am with you on the lifestyle, not a diet. I still eat my fast food once in a while. I take off half or more of the breads, eat the protein first, fill up in less than 1/4 of what I used to eat… But then I don’t feel deprived.
Don’t you wish that stress made us not want to eat?

good loss this week
I am in school right now for cosmetology and I cant wait to be done, I would love someday to own a salon, I give you alot of credit cus I know people who been cosmetologists for 20yrs and wont open a salon. 
I wish I lived closer lol I would love to see how your twilight salon turns out
