wow!!! finally you updated you look fabulous, your skin looks good too…I guess your pretty young too though..I only lose 1-2 lbs a week and drink the New whey Protien vials in the lite tropicana with ice 42 grms per vial so it is much easier than the bad powder they made me sick everytime I had one..anyway I am glad you are able to run..I want to run too..someday…!!!
